If you receive any damaged or wrong or incorrect product(s) as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, then please send a Photos and Video of product with bill within a day received to our business email , rentguitarr@gmail.com or directly contact us at this number +91-7982499076.
2. We will investigate and look upon your problem related to the product and we will revert you in 24 hours, after your claim.
3. For Valid Claim, you should provide all the details of the product in order to claim your concern successfully.
4. If you failed to give any of the above-mentioned details then your claim will be counted as an Unsuccessful or Invalid Attempt .
5. After receiving the product our team will check if the condition of the product is the same as delivered to you .
6. If there is Positive Feedback from Quality Check Team – We will replace your product with another one (or refund in 2-3 working days.)
